With the continuous increment of new members, ABC needs to work much harder in representing and safeguarding the members’ interest. However, we strongly believe that all the successes we achieved would not have happened if there had been no active participations and supports from all members. We believe that our team will bring and utilize our knowledge and experiences to strengthen and leverage the service of ABC to the highest appreciation and satisfaction from our members.
Kem Sambaddh, born in 1975, Sambaddh is a lawyer by education holding a Master Degree of Law and a Bachelor Degree of Law; and a Diploma in Governance and Democracy from Denmark. He had joint in social work since he was above 18 years old. Over 20 years he worked for the UN Agencies, International and Local Institutions and the Government. He has 8 years of experience in holding the positions of Operations Manager, Head of Operations, and Administration Director- he oversaw and managed area of work in Human Resources Management, Administration, Procurement, Finance, IT Functions, and Social Enterprise (restaurant, bakery and garment center). Besides, he has 12 years of experience in leading and managing the Program Works and Capacity Building by holding the positions of Team Leader, Deputy Program Manager, Governance Officer, Rights-Based Advocacy Coordinator, Senior Program Officer, and Head of Child Advocacy Unit, Program Officer, and Interpreter. His expertise covers the areas of Corporate and Good Governance, Enabling Environment for SMEs, Social Enterprise, Rural Development through Integrated, Rights-Based and Empowerment Approaches, the Rule of Law, Human Rights, HIV/AIDS and Laws, Democracy, and Elections. Sambaddh also used to serve as a Police Officer, Ministry of Interior for some years.Sambaddh’s future vision is aimed at having the Association to be a well-known key player to promote constructive dialogue among member banks and other key stakeholders and to serve as banking industry voice to the public and the government.
