ABC Issued a Public Statement on Loans Restructure During Covid-19

The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) expresses its full support to implement the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)’s Circular on Loan Restructuring during the Covid-19 pandemic “Circular” issued on 27 March 2020 in order to maintain financial stability and relieve the burden of borrowers whose main sources of income are impacted by the pandemic.
