Under the Law of Banking and Financial Institutions in 1999, Article 72 & 73, a bank that receives a license from the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) as a Commercial Bank or a Specialized Bank, automatically are legally required to apply to be a member of ABC. Therefore, no application for Membership is necessary. If you are a new bank and you received a license from NBC just send the following to the ABC Secretariat:

• Photocopy of your Registration License from NBC
• Contact Details of your two (2) key contact personal
• Membership Fee
