Phnom Penh, June 12, 2020 : Chairman of ABC, Dr. IN Channy was meeting with His Excellency Kong Vibol, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of General Department of Taxation. They co-chaired the meeting to discuss the filing of online tax returns (E-Filing) and new monthly tax return forms, with participation from top management and relevant tax officials from General Department of Taxation, as well as representatives of banks, MFIs and the private sector, on June 12th, 2020 at the General Department of Taxation.
RESULT OF MEETING : GDT approved on the request to delay 3 months on the implementation of the Prakas on E-filing to September 2020. The delay is subject to be extended in regards actual configuration and discussion between GDT´s technical team and Banking and Financial Institutions. The GDT will propose this solution to MoEF for an official instruction.
